Welcome to my blog. Who am I? I am just your normal guy who was diagnosed wtih diabetes type 2. Once I found out, I did whatever I could to change my lifestyle: became a personal trainer, studied nutrition and tried to reverse Diabetes the natural way.
I came across vegetarian diets and became a vegan once I noticed how I became more energized and Diabetes reversing naturally.
This is why I created this blog, to find others to go through this journey together.
Unlike a decade ago, the internet had limited sources, so it was hard to try to understand Diabetes and veganism.
